Tricks To Stop Snoring
How Can I Stop Snoring?
Anyone got any tips or tricks?
Oh and I'm 16 years old, female, perfectly normal weight, eat healthily but do pig out occasionally.
Don't sleep on your back! My husband snores every once in a while, when he does i juts nudge him and tell him to sleep on his side! Works like a charm!
Also, you might not be getting enough air, so I suggest you try these

I have a hard time breathing through my nose at night, so I use them and they make a HUGE difference!

Night after night of waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning to disturb your partner so he/she will quit snoring is not what you can call fun. Not getting sufficient sleep or even moving in the middle of the night to a couch to be able to sleep is not a picnic either... |
