Insole Hot
My feet hurt so bad !!! What can I do ?
Its from working , I bought comfortable shoes , gel insoles , and I soak my feet , but nothing helps ! I need advice quick bcuz i gotta go to work tomorow and my feet aren't doint to hot .
I use a foot spa. I just fill it with hot water and turn it on. It has a massage setting, a bubbles setting, or you can turn both of them on at the same time. That way they can soak and get a massage at the same time. Aaahhhh!!!

Are these signs of early pregnancy?
- The past week or so I haven't been able to sleep. I will go to bed and wake up every 30 minutes to an hour having to pee or I just can't get comfortable. This is a big difference because I've always slept good. I try going to bed earlier, later, etc. Nothing is working. I tried a sleep aide, hot drinks. Nada. I get up wide awake! I even tried new pillows and stuff and the bed just feels like a rock.
- My back, feet, ankles, and calves are achy a lot. My back and ankles more than anything. I bought new shoes to see if it helped and it didn't. I bought insoles and they didn't help. They get so achy I want to scream.
- The roof of my mouth is tingling and so is the tip of my tongue. It feels very weird? I've never experienced this before.
I don't believe these are pregnancy symptoms. The having to pee a lot doesn't come until the baby is much larger.
