Stop Snoring Problem
Stop snoring?
Does anyone have any experience with problem snoring? I have a new girlfriend and it is causing a big problem. What should I do to keep the peace at night?
Breathe Rights are great, they work for me.
If they don't do the trick, you may want to talk to your doctor about having a sleep study done. You spend the night at a facility (looks like a bedroom) where your sleep is monitered with sensors etc.
If you snore terribly or especially if you don't feel like you get enough rest, this would be a good idea for you.
I know quite a few people who have done this (including my wife). She and 1 other person I know were diagnosed with sleep apnea(they stop breathing several times a minute). This causes snoring, chronic tiredness, etc.
Both of them had to get a CPAP machine(mask with air pump). Sounds like a pain, but my wife sleeps better, snores less, and is better rested.

How to stop snoring!!!!?
I have a snoring problem when I sleep on my back. How do solve this problem
Snoring can cause Sleep Apnea, that is cause you to stop breathing while your sleeping. It's do to an obstruction in air path, usually soft tissue. Often weight gain can make the condition worse buy increasing the fat content of the obstruction.
Check with your insurance company and see if they will cover a Sleep Apnea test. There are many ways to deal with the problem depending on how severe it is.
