How do I stop my roommate from snoring?!?
I just started college this semester and am living in a dorm, upon arriving I found my roommate has an extreme snoring problem. I get no sleep at night, his snoring is so loud people in other rooms complain, I can be listening to my ipod at nearly full volume and STILL hear his snoring! i am getting no sleep at night because of this guy, and its affecting my ability to stay focused when in class and studying, I need him to stop someone for the love of god tell me theres a way for him to stop snoring.
by the way, he snores in all positions, hes tried elevating his head, and all other positioning adjustments.
Some of the answers are just mean. People don't choose to snore.
Offer these suggestions. The exercise program you could do with him without him knowing what it's for. Or just tell him to buy it.
