How do I avoid snoring at night?

1. Try sleeping on your side.
2. Try tilting your head back when you are on your side. This prevents the tongue from blocking the throat.
3. Most importantly, Don't drink alcohol or take depressant medications before bedtime. They can relax your body too much and can also prevent you from automatically repositioning when your airway is momentarily blocked while sleeping. They can often be a root cause of snoring.

There are other things you can do, but these three are the easiest in the short term.
Your family doctor can get you help if it is so bad that it is affecting your health. This is called obstructive sleep apnea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obstructive_sleep_apnea

How to Avoid Buying a Snoring Mouthpiece that Doesn't Work

How to avoid snorring and clenching teeth at night?

I am defenitely not fat but I snore like a man, sooo annoying specially if you have a roomate, another problem is I clench my teeth at night.

Can you please give some advice how to avoid those things? I'll appreciate your help.

If the snoring is really loud, you could be experiencing sleep apnea which I had. The only way I was diagnosed was to go & do a sleep study in a hospital setting overnight. About you clenching your teeth, I would recommend getting plastic mouthgard because continually clenching your teeth over time could lead to tmj which you do not want to get either. Good Luck to ya. : )
