Are there any treatments for snoring that actually WORK???
I've tried a lot! Sleeping on my side, tennis ball in pyjamas, throat spray, magnetic nose ring, those plastic moulds that go in your mouth etc etc.
have u been checked out for things like sleep aponia?

Gulf War Syndrome?
I get ringing in my ears sometimes. Also I get sinus headaches and snore ever since returning from Saudi Arabia and my eyes are very sensitive to sunlight (I need to wear sun glasses even when it isn't that bright out). Also, my skin around my ankles is 'freckling.' Do any of you have similar symptoms? What other problems do any of you have? Do you think this is part of Gulf War Syndrome?
I have Gulf War Syndrome, but none of the symptoms you mentioned. Yours almost sounds more like alergies or something. I'm not a doctor though, so you may want to check with one familar with this. Some people may even tell you it doenst exixt. I know first had that this is not true. I've lived with this crap for about 15 years now, and i can assure you it does exist and is not much fun!!
Usually it would be more like this... the most common symptoms of Gulf War syndrome are...
fatigue
musculoskeletal pain
cognitive problems
skin rashes
diarrhea
However, each person experiences symptoms differently.
