What is an effective way to get my husband to stop snoring?
I poke at him all night, but that only helps for a short time. He won't use the nose strips. Please help, I'm tired and he is so d&*# loud!
Well he just reminded me of the other thing he does, he farts in his sleep! So I guess it is ear plugs and nose plugs. As for sitting on his face....only after I eat a BIG bowl of beans.
OMG I so sympathise with u, not only did my husband snore but he did it lying on his side, through his nose and wrapped around me like a clam!!!
It was like a freight train in my ear the whole night
I finally put my foot down one day after 3 nights without sleep and I was too tired to brake at the lights and nearly killed myself
He then used to get up when i kicked him and go to the living room to sleep. I eventually recorded him to show him how loud it was ( I talked whilst doing this to show the volume)
He tried all sorts from the chemist/doctors, nothing worked.
Now we are seperated but Im sure he is still the same
Only thing I can suggest is seperate rooms, bad for ur lovelife but as least ull get some sleep
