help I have sleep apnea?
I have a cpap but it fits over the nose and i am a mouth breather and it disturbs my wife what can i do and is there a help line in the uk
You can try a full face mask or a chin strap. I found that the negative pressure made me keep my mouth closed and breath through the nose. I was totally a mouth breather. Congratulations on trying cpap. My bipap has saved my life. I would recommend the following link for use as an online support group. I also went to a support group but because they meet monthly, I found it was too long to wait for answers. Find someone who is a successful cpap user to find someone to problemsolve with you.
