How can I make my voice louder?

I'm going to be a leader of an organization next year. I can talk in public, no problem. The thing is, my voice is not helping me.

Whenever I talk, my voice will sink. If i wanted to make people hear my voice, i had to make my voice a little high pitched (nasal). I don't want to sound whiny every time I talk in public. But I can't deepen my voice as it would make it sink and disappear amongst the crowd.

Can I make my voice deep, and and the same time loud? Should I throw my voice or something?

find a song that mimics what you are trying to do...or find a speech...prose...books..
practice is all I can say...confidence in the material will do the most for you..after practicing the piece ten times...you should experience a boost in chest voice volume and ability to project...if you are just improving on a topic then that is where natural talent and ability comes into play...also a natural confidence helps....you have to be able to grab a mic and then grab the audience....breathing exercises don't help...singing exercises do...similar but not the same...singing exercises relax the throat and tongue to give more room for resonance...search youtube for those and use the ones that work for you...I like LALALALAL...and YAYAYAYYA done to a ascending/descending do-re-me scale on the keyboard or computer track...after a few weeks you'll notice a difference and all my friends say my voice has deepened a bit...probably throat is more naturally relaxed all the time now
